This is America 🇺🇸 and everything is up for negotiation. We can certainly close fast if needed; however, we can typically pay the most money to YOU when we have a few months to get proper surveys, perc tests, and other studies complete prior to closing.

Nope! You do not need a real estate agent, but you're welcome to use one.
Each party will use a title company or attorney to act as the intermediary to handle the paperwork and the transfer of money.
We're happy to recommend some local firms for you to use if you'd like. These firms take payment at closing so nothing needs to be paid up front.
